Exchange Only: Please note that we do not offer returns. We only offer exchanges for items that are eligible under our exchange policy. We don't offer any refunds
Eligibility- To be eligible for an exchange the following conditions must met.
- It should not be a custom made piece or anything above the price of 10,000
- The exchange request must be made within 24 hrs after delivery.
- Only items under (For your Dil) category are eligible for exchange.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
- The item must be in its original packaging
Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe to initiate the exchange process. You can reach us through our website or by email.
2. Provide your order details, including the order number and the specific item you wish to exchange with images.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with further instructions.
4. Once your exchange request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address.
5. Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Once we receive the item and verify its eligibility for exchange, we will process your exchange request
7. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your exchange and the shipment of your new item.
Exclusions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Items that have been customized or personalized or are above 10000 INR.
- Accessories
Final Sale: All items marked as "Final Sale" are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
